My next book entitled “Unbreakable” which contains 7 pieces written for a string quartet–Lead violin, violin, viola and cello is due in April 2016. I’m firmly dedicated to providing to this generation of Haitian musicians and others who are classically trained, a large repertoire of a different approach in this “Chantrèl” genre. I have also hinted since the beginning of this venture in classical music that I wanted to bring a “Haitian touch” to the fiddle, though I am not a violinist.
I also believe that the early birth of the Haitian nation should have allowed the Haitian people to explore their potential as freely as they were determined to live and to contribute to the world. Those who have succeeded to put them back on their knees can hardly believe that they are causing their own demise which my eyes have already seen in this near future.
“Unbreakable” is a testimony of my faith in God, my Father, and our eternal association during this eternal journey of mine on my way back to Him.
